This question is very intimate and individual and everyone can, of course, decide in their way. But the truth is always one - you need to live! To live regardless of any circumstances in the form of war, natural disaster, genocide, incurable disease, or serious mental condition. One must always hold on to life and believe in its existence. As soon as a person ceases to live, although physically he/she is still alive, he/she begins to slowly die. Of course, in the terrible conditions of war, it is difficult to think about joy and enjoying life, but it is worth it, because the most important thing in the world is life and if you are alive, you should live and enjoy life. It gives you an energy that boosts and raises your vibrations, but it is also a light for others that helps to block the heavy energy of negativity, pain, suffering, and death.... to restore the natural energy balance.... If the Creator left you, I mean you, alive, then he has plans for you, so your mission is to live and enjoy your life. It is impossible to live without joy, otherwise, it is not life, but just wasted days, weeks, months, and years.... Sincere joy and gratitude will help keep your inner balance in a turbulent time.

The deeper question "What does it mean to live and enjoy life?", which everyone should ask themselves, will give a clear understanding of where you are right now.... If in a person's understanding "to live and enjoy life" is to live as before, before the war, serving one's ego, and ego is very cunning and will do everything possible to mislead a person, ego in general can justify anything, even murder, arguing and proving that it is for the benefit of humanity. That is why our neighbor sincerely does not understand that all of them are terrorists and criminals. Dwelling in the ego, which means being shadowed by your inner demons so much that you can't perceive reality as real and when such individual shadows are so gigantic that they go beyond the person, combining with other shadows, we get collective shadows in the form of war, terrorist acts, genocide.... when the whole nation is already incurable.... But the task of every citizen of the planet Earth, i.e. Person, is to see his / her inner shadows, his / her demons and dissolve / release / process them (choose any verb you like more). The question is whether we have made correct conclusions from this bloody war, each person regardless of where he/she is now and what citizenship he/she has. Will humanity again after some time face an even more bloody and terrible war, which will surely wipe out the vast majority of the population from the Planet Earth? Or did we realize and make conclusions?
Returning to the question "What does it mean to live and enjoy life?", I would like to emphasize the importance of your, yes your, inner motive in everything you do. What or who motivates you? And again, as my spiritual teacher told me a million times: "What kind of wolf are you feeding, Yuliia?". For what reason do you do or want "something specific"? What is the intention / inner motive? What drives you to behave in such a way? There is nothing wrong with going during the war, even while you are in Ukraine, to a cafe or restaurant, or even going abroad for a few days or weeks - this is not a betrayal of those people on the front line. The betrayal is that people have forgotten who and why they are alive and able to go to these restaurants or travel or do whatever. The betrayal is when people don't care and they organize loud parties in Kyiv, justifying their actions "We have to live on" and it looks like "A Feast in the Plague" and "Dancing on the Bones of the Dead Ukrainians". The betrayal is when people, even when making donations, think first of all about their financial well-being and become millionaires/billionaires during this war, behaving in a blatantly unethical manner, stealing and misappropriating other people's money. The betrayal is that people have the same lifestyle now as they had before the former "idle egoic consumeristic" lifestyle, forgetting that Ukraine is already different and the world is different, other people live differently now, and this way of life is not just morally unacceptable, it is a clear indicator of degradation....
On the other hand, if you don't have the stereotypical perception that constant visits to restaurants, traveling, having a certain car or apartment or house, certain brands of clothes, etc., are necessary to achieve a certain social status in society, to be recognized, to be better than others, feeling confident with these things, etc., then you have no dependence on all these or other things (everyone can supplement on their own), that is, you can just really appreciate and be happy. And if you go to a cafe to drink delicious coffee, be inspired by the atmosphere, reflect on various topics, and at the same time spiritually enrich yourself and others, then this is for good. If you are traveling abroad, you gain new knowledge and experience, which you will use not only for yourself but also for more global human goals and share this experience, and this wisdom with others, then you will enrich other people. But if you travel like those "stupid tourists", as one Dutch woman loudly said in Amsterdam, looking at the crowd of tourists who are unconsciously going somewhere and behaving not in a good manner, thus behaving like a herd that cannot think and see the depth and not just can see the surface, so why to travel at all?!?! In this case, you are only enriching your ego, which is already inflated to huge proportions. If there is nothing from the trip except emotions, then this is the work of the ego construction and the manifestation of life in an unconscious state. If you get feelings and a certain wisdom from the trip, you see other people and immerse in another culture with other values, and realize how you can change yourself, how you can help yourself and others with new knowledge and thoughts, then you travel consciously and your travels are worth the time spent. If you want a big new house just because you want everyone to know you can afford it and you're rich, then you're driven by an ego that doesn't give the Soul a voice at all. But if you buy a new or your first house, because you can afford it, and you want to live in comfort, but at the same time the crown will not fall from your head, if you also live in a small apartment with almost no comfort, then you are guided by the Soul, and it will always help you go in the right direction. Again, there can be a million examples, I cited only the most relevant and vivid ones. And most importantly, if behind all these external values and accumulations, there is nothing else, and without all this you are nobody, then is such a life worth living?!?!?
It is very important to live and enjoy life, the main thing is how and with what motive.... But the vibration of life and joy helps others to survive because there is a balance in the energy plan. So live your lives with value and inner essence, it will enrich you and others, and help you to endure in very difficult and turbulent times.
P.S. On the other hand, every person has the right to his / her own life, his / her choices, his / her mistakes, whatever they may be. This material is for those who are ready to hear….
