The beauty of challenge

I am very attached to the philosophy of Franz Kafka "the beauty of failure" and accept it as one of the powerful instruments for transformation. But the more l am going through my personal spiritual path and inner Metamorphosis the more I realize that my philosophy could be called "The beauty of challenge".

By "challenge" I don't mean the egoic understanding of this word that can be manifested as doing more physical exercises, keeping a special diet, living without alcohol, cigarettes, gluten, lactose, or sugar, doing yoga and meditation each day, swim in extremely cold water, etc. (that's all good and can help and heal) but as a rule, these are public challenges for boasting on social media.

By "challenge" I mean something that is going on without your choice (war, illness, fatal diagnosis, disaster, economic and political crisis, genocide, loss of your work, relatives, friends....). These challenges and extremely difficult situations force you to stop, look around, and change your values, behavior, reactions, emotions, mindset, life perception, and consciousness. And when you ultimately stop condemning other people, situations, and external circumstances, you give a chance for yourself to dive deeply into this challenge. Diving deeply into the essence of a particular challenge being fully open to experience everything you should experience and being honest with yourself in a particular challenge will definitely reveal the beauty of the challenge. And this beauty will open a new, completely new door for you, that door that existed but because of the law vibration of condemnation and judgments, you were not able to see it.

So give yourself a possibility for a life challenge to transform yourself by finding beauty in this challenge and making the inner Metamorphosis happen.
